Frequently asked questions
How do I refresh an old website?
We do not edit the WordPress or Wix you already have. We build a new site and, when you are happy, we point the domain. The old one can stay live until then.
How do I update the company website?
If the current site still works and you only need a line of copy, the old provider can do it. If nobody has touched it in years, replacing it is cheaper and faster than digging up the wp-admin password.
Can I keep the domain?
Yes. If you already own the domain, we point it at the new site. Premium includes your own domain; on the other plans pointing is free, and registration/renewal can sit at €50/year if you want us to handle it.
Do I lose Google if I change site?
The name, address and phone should stay the same as on the Google profile. A new, fast, phone-friendly site usually helps rather than hurts. We do not guarantee rankings — nobody honest does.
What about email @my-domain.pt?
If you already have mailboxes on the domain, the email DNS can stay put while we point only the website. If you want professional email with us, it is €5/month per mailbox, on the same domain.
