Custom work

A website in minutes, or a system built for your business.

Most businesses need a good presentation website — and we make that in minutes, automatically. Some need more: content that changes every day, a team handling requests, data that comes from another system. That is custom work, with people on the project. This page explains the difference.

What changes from one to the other

We build both. What changes is the problem they solve.

  1. Reading the Google profile
  2. Picking photos and colours
  3. Writing the copy
  4. Designing the sections
  5. Publishing

One request, one site. The generator researches the business, designs every section and publishes — no meetings.

How each one runs

The generator has no meetings. Custom work doesn't need them either: it all happens by email, and it's all in writing.

Automatic

Site in minutes

  1. Tell us the business name

    1 min

And the city. Nothing else is required.

  2. We research what already exists

    ~1 min

Google profile, reviews, photos and the social pages you point us to.

  3. The site is designed and published

    ~3 min

Copy, colours and sections made for that business, on its own address.

With a team

Custom work

  1. Send us the brief by email

What the business does, what the site must do and any technical details you have. The more, the better.

  2. We go through the technical side

    Days

What is possible, what isn't and what we'd do differently — and we tell you in writing.

  3. A tailored proposal

Scope, timeline and price fixed in writing before we start.

  4. Design and development

    Weeks

Site, backoffice and database, with versions to review along the way.

  5. Launch and follow-up

We go live, leave written instructions for the team and stay available by email.

Which one do you need?

The site in minutes is enough when…

  • You want to be found and contacted: services, opening hours, address, reviews.
  • The information changes rarely — a few times a year.
  • You want to be online today, without meetings or quotes.
  • A contact form and WhatsApp handle the requests.

Custom work pays off when…

  • Content changes every day: listings, stock, menus, openings, events.
  • You already use a CRM or another system and don't want to type everything twice.
  • The team needs to manage requests, customers or bookings in one place.
  • You want a customer area, payments or one page per area and per service.

Questions we get

How much does a custom project cost?

It depends on what the system has to do. We don't have list prices: once we've read the brief and gone through the technical side, we send a fixed proposal with scope and timeline in writing.

Can I start with the site in minutes and grow later?

Yes, and it is often the best start: the business is online now, and the custom work builds on a site that already exists and already has visitors.

How long does it take?

Weeks, not minutes. The timeline goes in the proposal, once we know what the system has to do.

I don't know the technical details. Is that a problem?

No. Tell us what exists and what you want to happen; the technical side is on us. If something isn't possible, or there's a better way to do it, we'll say so before we start.

Do you work with the system we already use?

Tell us its name and we'll check. When it can exchange data (an API, an export), the site can read and write to it instead of duplicating the work.

Do we need to book a meeting?

No need. We handle everything by email: it's all in writing and nobody has to juggle calendars. If you'd really rather talk, say so in your email.

What helps us answer

  1. What the business does and who its customers are.
  2. What the site has to do, ideally step by step — e.g. “the customer picks a listing, requests a viewing, the agent gets the request”.
  3. The systems you already use (CRM, invoicing, payments, calendar): the name of each and, if you know, whether it has an API or an export.
  4. What data exists and how much — e.g. 200 listings, 3 agents, 50 requests a month.
  5. Who will run the site day to day, and what each person can change.
  6. Sites you like, and what you like about them.
  7. Timeline and budget, if you already have an idea.

Can't answer everything? Send what you have. The technical side is on us: if something isn't possible, or we have a better suggestion, we'll tell you in writing.

Send us the brief.

The more detail, the better: it's what we build the proposal from. We reply by email.

Paste requirements, lists, links to reference sites — whatever you have.
